Thumbnails

Our creative teams create 10 free sketch variants of the future stand according to your wishes. After approval, the selected sketch will be finalized to a full-fledged rendering taking into account the selected materials and installations.

VR environment

In parallel, our development team will start creating a virtual environment for your company's presentation in VR. If necessary, programmers will write a presentation application for an interactive monitor, which will become the center of attraction for the guests of the exhibition at your stand.

Documents and construction

After final approval of the stand design, we prepare the project documentation, independently coordinate it with the event organizers, calculate the required capacity and erect the stand on a turnkey basis within the deadlines set for the exhibition. You do not need to worry about the logistics of materials or the quality of the construction - the report on each stage is provided electronically.

PR support

We prepare PR-support: we provide information about the company to the press service of the event, publish the announcement of the business program. Event

We organize business meetings for top executives, provide a personal referent for solving tasks. We administer stands, provide photo/video filming. Hostesses collect contacts, regulate the schedule of meetings, distribute materials. We also provide technical support for VR-zone.

Dismantling

After the end of the event, we dismantle the stand within the set timeframe. If necessary, we can keep and hand over to the customer the stand elements: lightboxes and other installations. We will dispose of the remaining parts of the stand in accordance with environmental standards.
